Ayurvedic Treatments
During your Ayurvedic Health Consultation a recommended treatment plan will be given based on your current state of imbalance. Treatments listed below might be suggested in a series or you may schedule a la carte at any time.
Herbal oils and powders are supplied by small, local businesses that use products from North America.

Lymphatic System Support (VPK Conditions)

Full body oil massage with herbal oils.
This treatment specifically supports the circulatory system more than the muscle tissue. Relaxed muscles are an added benefit but not the main focus.

Full body dry brush massage with a jute glove or mildly coarse bristled brush.
This treatment specifically supports the circulatory system more than the muscle tissue. Alertness and increased circulation are the focus of this treatment, exfoliation is an added benefit.

This dry massage utilizes Kolakulathadi powder to pull toxins from surface level tissues.
Exfoliation is a natural benefit of this treatment though the focus is detoxification.
Ear, Nose & Throat Support (Kapha Conditions)

Herbal oil dropped into the nose, this treatment includes a facial steam and gargling of Triphala decoction (concentrated tea made from the roots of three fruit plants).
Nasya may be booked as one session or recommended in a series of consecutive sessions. Many ENT (ear, nose and throat) conditions may be supported by Nasya treatments. Clearing long standing sinus irritants and congestion.

Warm oil poured into the ears to support conditions where there is ringing in the ears, blockages, dizziness, internal itching and more.
May be combined with Seka (eye treatment) and Nasya (nose treatment) for full ENT support.

Warm triphala decoction (concentrated tea with the roots of three fruits) poured over closed eyes.
This treatment supports the opening of the connection from the eyes to the sinus cavities and may be combined with Nasya (nose treatment) and Karnapoorna (ear treatment) for full ENT support.

Facials support the opening of the channels around the Sinus and ENT cavities.
Depending on the facial oils you may receive a rose or rice based facial to include a sandalwood powder scrub and facial steam.
Spine & Joint Pain Support (Vata Conditions)

Heated oil applied to localized pain or discomfort along the lumbar in a basin of dough.

Heated oil applied to localized spinal pain or discomfort in a basin made of dough.

Heated oil applied to localized pain or discomfort around the cervical spine in a basin of dough.

Heated oil applied to localized knee pain or discomfort in a basin made of dough.
Shirodhara (Oiling of the Head) (VPK conditions)

Heated oil poured over the third eye and around the forehead continuously for 45 minutes.
Depending on your current state of discomfort you may choose one session at a time or be recommended a number of consecutive sittings.
This treatment induces a head neck and shoulder massage.
