Samantha Westerwelle

Explorer of all things food & travel. Samantha loves trying new recipes and restaurants. One of her favorite ingredients is kabocha squash or squashes in general because of their versatility between sweet and savory dishes. The use of bitter gourd in other countries is always a must have when she travels.

Classes with Samantha focus on intentional transitions and technical exploration within each pose. She leads with mindful motifs that build into longer sequences that give you the opportunity to create positive connections with your strength, stability and flexibility along the way.

With  extensive training in Ayurveda and Hatha Yoga she seeks to improve energy and mobility in aging bodies through food, movement and lifestyle practices by providing practical and easily applicable suggestions that meet the everyday needs of today’s modern householder. To empower people to move with confidence, so that life can be lived with joy.

She believes that healing begins within. Removing the causative factors for discomfort and supporting the natural intelligence of the body to function at its best will result in a happier, healthier you.
